Hades’ Star Tech Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hades’ Star Tech bot (“the bot”). By using the bot, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Bot

• Purpose: The bot facilitates recording and sharing tech levels related to the Hades’ Star game. It allows users to input their tech levels and choose which discords to share this information with. Users can also modify or delete profiles using the /alt command.
• User Control: You have control over the data you share and who you share it with via the /corp command. The bot allows you to change or remove discord servers you share with.
• Designated Discord server administrators may be granted limited API access to retrieve shared tech data submitted by users within their own server. API access is strictly scoped to each user’s explicitly shared data and does not permit access to data from other servers or users who have not opted in.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the bot, and you use the bot at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or other issues arising from your use of the bot, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Service Discontinuation

The bot, its server, or related services may be discontinued at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from such discontinuation.

6. User Responsibility

By using the bot, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for managing your data and settings. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the bot.
